Scream 4 Nabs A Gilmore Girl

Rumors of another Scream 4 casting has hit the net and it comes in the form of Lauren Graham.  Sources are saying that the Gilmore Girl alum has signed on for the reboot though her role has not been announced.

The new film sees the return of cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, along with a group of new stars Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Lake Bell and Nico Tortorella, who can hopefully stay alive long enough to figure out the new rules to this one-of-a-kind horror franchise. Wes Craven will direct the Dimension Films sequel arriving in theaters April 15, 2010.

Though many people seem to be fed up with the Scream franchise, I am excited to see what Kevin Williamson has come up with.  I was worried that Scream 4 would be the nail in the coffin, but the list of stars has given me hope.  Do you have any intention of seeing this movie or do you feel as if Scream should be laid to rest?

Scream 4 begins filming around June 28 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  

Welcome Back Lauren Graham

She was the beloved Lorelai Gilmore for seven years and worked her way into out hearts with the best television mother/daughter relationship in television history.  Lorelai with her daughter Rory, Alexis Bledel, was one of the best duo's ever to grace the poor WB/CW network.

After Gilmore Girls was taken off the air, before anymore damage could be done to it, we wondered when we would see our beloved Graham again.  She had been offered everything under the sun to return to television, but it took almost three years for her to find a project she felt that she needed to do.

It came under sad circumstances with Maura Tierney having to pull out of the new NBC show Parenthood to seek cancer treatment.  We wish her the best but we couldn't think of a better replacement than good ole' Lauren Graham.

And speaking of Lauren, she is known around town for the most hilarious girl you will ever have the chance to meet.  She oozes sexuality and confidence and also has been so unlucky in love, it makes you want to hug her.  Her longest relationship was with Friends star, Matthew Perry for 5 years before ending it in 2008 amid Perry's substance abuse problems.

With a girl so stunning and an absolute gem to be around, then for the love of Pete, why is she single?  Is it because she actually morphed into her Lorelai character for awhile?  I mean don't get me wrong, love the character, but can you imagine being around her 24/7?  But I think it goes deeper than that.  I just think out poor girl is too nice and too sweet.  Too bad her and co-star Scott Patterson didn't get along, they make a cute couple.

So who could Lauren date?  Here are some suggestions that I think would be great for out funny gal.

Kellan Lutz.  Yes he may be younger, but Lauren for sure is a card carrying cougar.  She is hot, he is hot, can you imagine.  Sure, it's doesn't have staying power, but imagine what she could train this kid to do?

Gerard Butler.  So what if he is allegedly bisexual or having hook-ups with Jennifer Aniston and whoever else.  It would just take the right kind of girl to make him want to settle down and we have faith that Lauren could do it.  Besides, that accent of his makes you wonder what his tongue can do on it's own.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       





And our last vote, we say the hell with it.  Men are not all they are cracked up to be and two woman so unlucky in love would probably find that they can give each other what the other needs.  So Jennifer Aniston gets our last spot, we know it may take some Grey Goose, but Lauren we can assure you, it would piss off Emily and Richard!
