Heidi Montag Legally Seperates From Spencer Pratt

Heidi is taking steps toward getting rid of husband Spencer Pratt for good.  The reality star, 23, filed for legal separation from husband Spencer Pratt at a Santa Monica courthouse on Tuesday, listing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

But Montag did not file divorce papers. According to reports, filing for legal separation means the reality star’s earnings will become her separate property beginning on the date of separation, which she lists as June 8.

As much as I would like for this to be an actual good judgment call on Heidi's part, a part of me wonders if this is just a stunt to keep the reality couple relevant.

"I think it's a joke," Audrina Patridge told PEOPLE at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards in L.A. "I don't believe it. They're inseparable and in love."

Heidi Montag Runs For The Hills

You can say what you want about Lucifer and Lilith, a.k.a Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, but above all they are pretty smart.  Spencer and Heidi made themselves famous and then the fame became to much for Mr. Pratt.

In the smartest move ever, and maybe a dangerous one, Heidi finally decided that she had had enough of Spencer's controlling ways and left her husband of a year and a half. 

Spencer Pratt is a loose cannon these days.  He has suddenly become gun happy and has taken to controlling every aspect of Heidi's life.  He reportedly cut all contact with the outside world, forcing Heidi to stay inside their home.  My biggest concern is that Heidi's departure could trigger the madmen that Spencer has become.  You can literally see the crazy in his eyes.

Of course, this could all be a huge set-up, we are talking about The Hills here.  I can see it now. Spencer will beg for forgiveness and go to celebrity rehab and then they will have a filmed reunion that will air on MTV during a two hour limited commercial special.

However, it is possible that the pain medication finally wore from Heidi's Plastic Surgery Extravaganza and she finally realized what she had signed up for.  I pray that Heidi did see the light and maybe, just maybe I might like her a little more for doing so.  But probably not.

Heidi And Spencer Disapear

This morning, two of reality television's biggest players were seen packing their belongings into a U-Haul truck and moving out of their Hollywood home.  Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt vacated their home and left no sign of life behind.

"She mentioned that they were done living in the public eye," a neighbor said. "She said they bought a nice condo on a planet where no one knew who they were and reality television hasn't been invented yet."

Shortly after, Heidi and Spencer were seen boarding her signature plastic space craft in the abandoned lot next to NASA.  Shortly after the launch, plastic body parts were found scattered around the launch pad. 

Well it's about time! Good-bye Heidi and Spencer!

Spencer and Heidi's Curtain Call

We all know about Heidi's ten plastic surgeries, but yesterday, Ted threw out a not so blind vice about the girl and her photoshoot diva-ness.  Girl brought 4 bodyguards to the set with her and ignored everyone.  Okay, so what? 

No, it turns out that Heidi has the guards for protection from, her costars.  Her husband, the loving Spencer Pratt, has been banned from the set and poor Heidi thought she needed back-up and protection from being questioned about Spencer.

First mistake Heidi made was thinking that any of those girls wanted to talk to her to begin with.  I cannot name one of the girls on The Hills, but I assume that they consider Heidi and Spencer to be leeches, the same as all of America.  Second, why ban one when you could have banned both?!  I mean, come on!

Thankfully, MTV has pulled the plug on The Hills and I pray that this means Hollywood is pulling the plug on Spencer and Heidi.  Send them back to whatever reality hell you yanked them out of.

Spencer Fired By Heidi, Then Kicked Off The Hills

First his wife Heidi fired him as her manger and replace him with a psychic.  Now he is taking a break from The Hills.

If you actually believed Spencer Pratt is taking a break from The Hills to fight cyber-terrorism, you should probably go ahead and cyber-terrorize yourself in the face for the good of humanity. Turns out he's on an MTV-imposed hiatus for allegedly threatening to kill a female producer. Us Magazine reports:

The source explains that Pratt, 26, recently "flipped out" on the show's set after a female producer made a request to which he objected.
"He got so crazy that he screamed at [her], 'I should kill you for even asking me to do that!'" the source recounts.
"Very rattled" by Pratt's outburst, the producer filed a complaint with the show's top producers -- who then threatened to kick Pratt off the show.
Pratt's team went back with a compromise: "the show agreed that Spencer would leave The Hills for six weeks to do anger management training once a week at home. If he completes it, he can return to the show."

So basically Spencer Pratt's going to sit around a house full of guns pretending to be straight for six weeks while his "wife" blows her half of the mortgage on chin sandings. If that's not a recipe for murder/suicide, God fucking hates us.
