Last night was The Razzie awards ceremony. In case you haven't heard of them, they are The Oscars of bad movies. Awards only go to the worst performances. And one of out favorites, Sandra Bullock, was nominated for her role in All About Steve with Bradley Cooper. Not only did she show up at the awards to let everyone know what a good sport she is, she arrived with a wagon load of All About Steve DVDs.
"I thought no one went to see this film, but I know that there are more than 700 members here. I brought the shooting script. I'm willing to go through page by page, read the line the way I did it in the film and, if anyone wants to give me a line read of how I could've done it better … We can do this till about 4 o'clock in the morning. Or you guys can just watch the movie and rethink your decision, and I'll show up next year and we can go out for a drink afterward."
I have to say that I personally really liked this movie. I admit, I went into it expecting the worse. And there was a twist in the movie that I didn't see coming at all and Sandra gave the depth to her character that made you like her, even though she was crazy as hell. At the end, you fell in love with her eccentric character, and felt a little bad for her. I saw worst movies last year though, way worse. It's still good to see that Sandra doesn't take it too seriously.
Am I the only one really pulling for Sandy to win the Oscar tonight for her role in The Blind Side? She is a great dramatic actress and can make us laugh our asses off at the same time. I'm sorry to the other nominees, really, but tonight Sandy has my vote. Now if we can just get Maggie Gyllenhaal to win for Best Supporting Actress I will win some major cash.
Here is the list of the other Razzie winners...

I'd love for Sandra Bullock and Maggie Gyllenhaal to win! I'm pulling for them both.
I agree, I hope she wins. She seems so real and down to earth and obviously doesn't take herself too seriously. Not that this has anything to do with anything, but I just dont get her and Jesse James as a couple, but then I don't know anything about him but I see on tv so maybe there is a lot more to him.
I love me some Sandy and it's totally her year. I should have gone to the damn Razzies - I would have loved it!
if Sandy Bullock was a drama actress,i believe that knew it since a long time because "the blind side" isn't her first drama role(Crash,Premonition,The Lake House,Ya-Ya sisterhood,28 days ,Murder by murders and the worst:it's her acting in the Ernest Hemingway movie)
She's a nice woman and a charismatic actress who has a good time of acting(Speed,The net or While you are sleeping) but she's not a drama actress.
Hillary Swank is a drama actress but not a comedy or comic actress(like Bullock)
and when i talk her Hermingway movie,i want to say "in love and war"!
