After 5 years, one of Hollywood's normal couples have split up. Jim Carrey sent out this tweet earlier today, “Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best! S’okay!”
Not long after, Jenny spoke up via Twitter as well. “I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I had together. I will stay committed to Jane and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.”
This couple seemed to have it all together and looked like they would actually last. Sadly they didn't, but how great is it to see people being mature about breaking up. Plus, they beat the Tabs to the punch by releasing it on Twitter. Looks like they are both winners.

It seems that Hollywood relationships end sooner and more often then ones in "real" life, but maybe thats just that we are more aware of them. Too bad they seemed like a nice normal couple.
Awww. I'm sad about this. They seemed very compatible. What a shame. But at least they're both acting very adult about it.
Total bummer. I thought they were so cute together. Isn't that the bathing suit that he decided to put on for laffs? It is nice that they are being mature about it.

People are always growing, sometimes we grow apart or in different directions. Nobody's fault. Often times it takes more courage to let someone go. THATS true love.
