The Muppets are on the comeback trail—not only do they have
The Green Album
(a collection of covers of some of the group’s most iconic tunes as interpreted by Weezer,
Hayley Williams
of
Paramore
,
My Morning Jacket
, and a bunch of others) coming out, but there is also a fresh film hitting your local film emporium this November, their first since 1999′s under-loved
Muppets From Space.
The Green Album is available now, and the film (which is simply called
The Muppets and stars
Jason Segel
and
Amy Adams
alongside Kermit, Piggy, Gonzo, Fozzie, and the rest) will be out on November 23.
Also, that scene where the Muppets are operating the members of the band while they play their instruments is sort of creepy and unsettling, right?

I've never understood the lack of a Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem album. Seriously...the world would be a better place.
