I'm sure all of you loyal readers read yesterday's blind item about the young hunk that is tempting a older guy into breaking up with his girlfriend. Today as the sun rises on Valentine's Day, it shines light onto an ugly truth.
Let's start with the younger star. For confusion sake, we will call him Justin Case. He is working his way up the hard way, not like most young stars in his category. He has had some bit parts in films and roles on television. Now he is hoping that his one of his next roles will finally move him up a couple of notches. One thing about Justin, he plays the game, but has always said that he would have no problem being honest when he found the right guy. And when he met the older star, he was sure that moment had come.
The older star, Rainbow Dark, has been around longer and has a bigger reputation to uphold. He also plays the game, but he is in it to win it. So when Justin told him that he wasn't scared to come out, it made R.D a little nervous. He managed to talk Justin down and months went by. Naturally, R.D began having feelings for Justin and began considering an actual relationship. Only problem was R.D's lady of the manor.
She knew that their relationship wasn't real when it began. But she is one of those women who believed that she could turn him. And in her head, she was turning him. Nights when he was wasted and she managed to convince him to have sex with her, she saw it as baby steps. She began seeing the pictures of them in the mags and in her head, it was all real to her. Poor little rich girl, she seemed to be coming unglued. That's when she started realizing that R.D was not home much anymore. And when she learned of his legendary pre-Valentines Day plans, she cracked. I hear she let her roots come out and dishes began flying. She gave him the ultimatum, he go out and wake up tomorrow to her on E! telling everyone that he was a queer or he stay home and pack a bag to go on a romantic overnight with her.
So Justin sat at the restaurant, and waited ,while R.D and his Sunshine drove upstate. And as the sun rises this morning, it does so on a broken gay guy who has cried on the phone with his best friend for hours and another gay guy who was too scared to actually stand up for himself and is now forced to live a lie.
