After dating for 3 years and having two beautiful babies, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie have finally gotten engaged. Nicole revealed her engagement to David Letterman during a taping of his late night talk show.
The couple reunited in December of 2006 after having an on-again off-again relationship. Friends say that Richie's relationship with Joel saved her life and since becoming a mother to Harlow ,2 years old, and Sparrow, 5 months, Richie has turned into a completely different person.
Obviously, that's not news to anyone. Long gone are the late nights out with Paris and Lindsay. Maybe some of her former circle of drunks should take some notes. We just wanted to take a moment to talk about something good, and happy. Congrats to Nicole on turning her life around and congrats on the engagement!
